Technologies
Bike Stretch ECO
Highly functional and sustainable stretch material made from ECONYL® and LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™. Using an innovative processing method, new nylon fibers are extracted from old clothing, fishing nets and industrial waste and processed into Lycra® 190 g. By combining both fibers, a very elastic material is created, which offers high freedom of movement and special wearing comfort.
4-Way Stretch
The material is transversely and longitudinally elastic and offers the highest possible freedom of movement.
ICON Pad
The ICON Pad was developed for demanding riders and offers maximum comfort on long distances. High density and 3-layer foam guarantee maximum protection against impacts and perfect padding in the stressed areas. The perforation of the foam has been brought to a new level by TRS2 technology: the holes have become smaller, but more in number. The surface is thus smoother, with evenly distributed breathability. For the Soft-Tech material on the surface, Maloja uses an innovative polyester microfiber fabric, thus achieving unprecedented comfort. The combination of the new surface and breathable base material results in enormously high stretch properties. The entire pad is overall lighter, softer more comfortable than its predecessor and hardly noticeable due to the technological improvements.
Bi-Stretch Pad
The bi-stretch properties of Maloja's seat pad provide increased comfort due to its extreme stretch.
Siliconized Skin Strap
The product features laser-cut cuffs with an additional silicone coating.
